Dynamic option. Hold for 1-2 seconds, do 10-12 reps with each leg.

Exercise 3

One of the variants of the famous exercise "Swallow".PI as in Exercise 1: raise both legs 10-15 cm above the floor, without hurrying to bred them to the sides, and then reduce them. Do not lower your legs again 8-10 times. It is necessary to watch, that effort, as in the previous exercises, was carried out only by the muscles of the thigh, and not by the hull.

Exercise 4

IP: lying on its side, lower leg bent at the knee. Raise the straight upper leg above the floor by about 450 and hold in this position for 30-60 seconds.1 repetition on each leg.

IP: sitting on a chair. Straighten the leg in the knee joint and lift it above the floor as far as we can, hold it in this position for 30-60 seconds. We do 2-3 repetitions with each foot.

IP: standing, holding hands behind the back of the chair. Slowly rise on the socks and stay in this position for about one minute, slowly dropping.

Dynamic option. Do 10-12 repetitions, lingering at the top point for 1-2 seconds.

Exercise 7

PI Exerc.6. Leaning on the heels raise the stop up, stay at the top point for 1-2 seconds and fall to the floor;10-12 repetitions.

Exercise 8

Exercises of medical gymnastics

In LFK, gonarthrosis includes both very simple and more complex exercises, depending on the severity of the joint damage.

They are conducted from a different starting position( IP): lying down, sitting and standing;and in the prone position on the bed there can be IP on the side, back or stomach.

Exercises in lying position. The most common exercises are exercises performed in the supine position:

  5. Spreading one straight leg to the side and returning;then the same with the other leg.
  6. IP: hands along the trunk;on inhalation both arms and leg rise, on exhalation - return to the FE.
  7. Repeats with the other leg.
  8. Exercise "Bike" for 12-15 seconds.
  9. Exercise "Scissors" with raised legs for 10-12 seconds.
Exercise bicycle with arthrosis of the knee joint

In the supine position, the exercises are performed first on the left and then on the right:

  1. The lower leg is bent at the knee, and the upper leg in the straight state rises to a height of 25-30 cm.
  2. Alternate flexion of the legs in the knee joint.
  3. Alternate retraction of the leg back and forth.

In the supine position, the following exercises are recommended:

  1. IP: hands under the chin;alternately legs in a straight state rise.
  2. On inspiration, the head and upper body rises without detaching legs from the surface, on exhalation - returning to the FE.
  3. Alternate bending of the legs in the knee with the rise of the lower limb.
  4. Simulate swimmer movements when swimming with a crawl.

Exercises in a sitting position( sitting on a chair).It is possible to offer such exercises( IP - the back is straight, hands rest on a chair):

  1. "Shaking with the feet": rapid alternating flexion and extension of the legs in the knee.
  2. Alternately straighten the leg to the right angle with the fixation in the upper position for 2-3 seconds.
  3. Rising from a chair with a raising of hands and quick return back.
  4. Raise both legs at right angles and dilute them to the side.
Complex of exercises for arthrosis of the knee joint

Exercises in standing position are carried out using a support on the back of a chair or table. Most often the following movements are carried out:

  1. Hands embrace the back of the chair;The legs are alternately withdrawn as far as possible.
  2. IP: standing sideways to the chair, hands on the back;alternate flies straight leg forward and backward.

Exercises for the Hatha Yoga system. When gonarthrosis, several exercises are included in the complex of Hatha Yoga exercises:

Complex of exercises for arthrosis

  • Position lying on the back. Straighten your leg and lift it 20-30 cm above the floor and hold it for a few seconds, lower it. Repeat for the other leg. Perform 20-30 times.
  • Change position and lie on your stomach. We try to touch the heel to the buttocks, alternately bend the legs in the knees. Do not tear your hips off the floor. Run 20 to 50 times.
  • In the same position, when bending, fix the foot for a few seconds. Strand your legs.

  • Do not change the position. Raise the leg and fix it at a right angle for 3 seconds parallel to the floor. Stop the same way at the right angle. Perform with the other leg. With proper exercise, you should feel the tension in the muscles of the lower leg and thighs.

Preventive exercises for walking

Walking in the park, you can perform the following simple complex:

  1. Use your right hand on the tree trunk, the fence or the wall of the house, then pick up the left foot with your left hand and pull it up. Change the hand on the tree and do the same with the right foot.
  2. Stand up and try to relax. Then put your right foot forward, and move the weight to your left foot, lean your hands against the knee of your right foot and lean forward slightly. Your left foot will bend a little. And the right one will stretch out slightly. Repeat the exercise with your left foot.
